Joe and Kathleen were definitely ahead of their time as far as online dating goes! More importantly, this classic rom-com set in New York City features Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks at their best.

Nothing tugs at our heartstrings more than Julia Stiles reading that poem at the end of this movie — that’s really what makes this story of two outsiders falling in love so wonderful!
8. Silver Linings Playbook
Pat and Tiffany both come with loads of baggage, and yet somehow they find a way to make it work in this feel good rom-com that paired Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence together for the first time.
9. Titanic
This is the reason why we’ll never let go of Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio. That the trailer is still able to make us feel so much even after all these years is a true testament to Jack and Rose’s love story.
10. 50 First Dates
Despite all the slapstick comedy, at the heart of it, there’s something ridiculously endearing about the idea of a guy who dedicates his life to trying to make the girl of his dreams fall in love with him every day.
11. The Notebook
“It wasn’t over…it still isn’t over!” We’re talking of course about our love affair with Noah and Allie’s tragically beautiful tale — somebody pass the tissues please, we’re already tearing up!
12. One Day
The trailer will make you swoon, but the movie — spoiler alert! — will make you sob.
13. 500 Days of Summer
A voiceover warns you right up front that this is “not a love story.” Maybe not, but we still fell hard for the sweet dynamic between Tom and Summer in this two-minute teaser.

This is the story about a Guy and a Girl and while they may have their differences, the one thing that brings them together in this sweet, romantic drama is their love of music. Side note: we’re betting you’ll fall in love with the soundtrack for this one just as much as you’ll fall in love with the two main characters!
15. Me Before You
Me Before You we’re already falling head over heels for Louisa (Emilia Clarke) and William’s (Sam Claflin) love story!
